I buy this regularly. Easy to assimilate and has the right ratio of calcium to magnesium. Mixes easily with water, juice, or milk. I also add it to kefir, yogurt and cottage cheese. taste is terrible
Purchased this 4 days ago, thought it was just what I had been looking for, calcium & Magnesium Citrate which is hard to find, but when I mixed it Terrible tried just drinking it straight down ugg. tried mixing w/fruit punch ok but I don't need those extra calories, am now trying Half & half fruit punch & water and sipping on it through the day. doesn't dissolve well.
