These were great not too much salt. Perfect! I found these to be better than those I bought at Nuts.com when they were temporarity out of stock. ( Too salty!) I like to mix them with honey and have some milk with them.I count on the protein, I'm a vegetarian- because of the animals involved otherwise in just eating. I highly recommend this product.
